What an amazing team! Everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely made us feel at home throughout our visit. A special thank you to Purdey, who is truly the star here. She is an exceptional leader—kind, professional, and always making sure every guest has the best possible experience. Her warmth and attention to detail made a lasting impression. And a huge thank you to Hamzah, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect, and his positive attitude made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality. We recently visited this beach club with our family, including two young children (one being a infant), and we were highly disappointed by the service, especially considering the high prices.The biggest issue was the manager's attitude. She was completely unprofessional and unaccommodating. Despite our reservation, she assigned us the wrong sunbeds. When we pointed out the clear mistake, she treated us with dismissiveness. It took a great deal of diplomacy on our part just to get a refund for the price difference. On top of that, her English was very poor, making communication frustrating.To make matters worse, we arrived 3 minutes before the official opening time in 35-degree heat with our kids. Instead of being welcoming, the manager made us feel like a nuisance for waiting outside.The facilities also do not justify the premium price. The sunbeds were dirty and the umbrellas were far too small to provide adequate shade.We definitely expected a much higher standard of customer care and cleanliness for what we paid. We will not be returning.

Je viens toutes les semaines a la plage et je déjeune régulièrement. En règle générale le service est tres bon.merci a Andrei. Malheureusement depuis 15 jours il y a une personne qui manifestement n'est pas faite pour le service. La semaine dernière au restaurant. Tres peu aimable. Un exemple je demande de l'eau pétillante en carafe. Elle me répond on ne fait pas cela ici. Malheureusement si on en fait au radisson et je dois insister . Et aujourd'hui elle tient l'accueil et le répond sèchement tout est réservé. Il n'y a pas de place. Je vais sur sundbed et miracle il y a des places. Je réservé et la...petit coup contre l'appli et ceux qui ne la mette pas a jour. Bon j'arrête. Je reviendrai bien sur mais ily a peut-être un recadrage a faire

I booked two lounge chairs at Radisson's beach club online; I was not a hotel guest. While the beach is beautiful, Radisson's facilities and service were abysmal. The sole lifeguard spent much of his time on duty looking at his phone rather than the water. The attention of the staff could not be had for love over money, even though the club never reached more than 1/3 full during my time there. They did not come around the rows, and when I went to find a staff member to ask for umbrella assistance, I was told to sit back down and they'd get to me when they could. They never came. After 40 minutes of waiting, I left to eat elsewhere since placing a food order there was impossible. The bathrooms and showers were not clean. I do not know if hotel guests staying receive better service (or people who look more chic or young or whatever) but if you like me are booking just a lounger, I recommend that you go elsewhere.
