to start with the tart, we ordered an onion tart and it was ridiculously salty. we took one bite and immediately almost spit in it out. we also ordered a salmon tartar and somehow it completely lacked all salt and flavor. my only question is how does this place have over 4 stars? this was a meal of doom and despair from start to finish. the service was the worst i’ve ever experienced. my mother has no idea how to speak french and she was absolutely snubbed because of it. the server said a total of 5 words to us the entire time, never came to check in, and kept giving us glares the entire time. at the end of the meal, he kept passing and looking at the check but refused to pick it up for some reason. the food might have been even worse and that’s saying something. if your reading this, my message for you would be to not come. the fans were appreciated though. to give credit where credit is due.

Message aux responsables, Vous avez dans votre équipe une jeune femme qui nous a laissés attendre près de 20 minutes avant de venir prendre notre commande. Ce qui semble l’avoir agacée, c’est que nous nous sommes d’abord installés à une première table avant de changer de place. Lorsque nous nous sommes approchés de la seconde table, elle nous a interpellés d’un ton peu agréable en nous disant de la laisser au moins débarrasser la table avant de nous installer. Au-delà de cet épisode, son attitude n’était vraiment ni accueillante ni commerçante. C’est dommage, car cela contraste avec l’accueil auquel nous étions habitués. Patrice nous manque énormément…

We had a great experience. The burger and the salad were both excellent, fresh, and full of flavour. The service was very fast, and the prices are reasonable considering the location. Definitely worth a visit!
